Step Four: Recieving results

Well, the wait is finally over and you have received your results. If your test comes back as negative, then celebrate! You are COVID free and do not have to complete a 14-day quarantine. Still, you are encouraged by the CDC (and, in some locations, required) to still protect yourself and others by wearing a mask when leaving your home.

If your results came back positive, then fear not because there is still a solution. Doctors say to then quarantine yourself for 14 days at home. Do not attend school, work, or any social events. They recommend resting during this quarantine to help with a good recovery. Within two weeks, you will be back on your feet. As stated, the CDC recommends to keep wearing your mask when you are able to leave the house to ensure the safety of people around you and your own future health.
