Bee Myers

For Bee Myers, high school has been lots of ups and downs, with sophomore and junior year being different and adjusting to all the change.

“Like they always say, these are the best years of your life — though, is it? I don’t know!” says Myers. “I mean I will definitely remember these years fondly and not so fondly at the same time,”

Myers believes their senior year was the best year because of the people they met and their experiences.

“I found my real friends and I found myself. I’m more myself,” says Myers. “There’s a lot of different people you meet here outside of middle school and they can help shape who you are.”

They are going to MCC for culinary arts, with a focus on baking and pastries. They also have a passion for writing, as they joined Newspaper this semester.

Myers says, “It’s kind of like a creative outlet and also like if you want to go into journalism it’s good practice I guess and it’s also just informative and helps you to decide what style you like writing in.”
