In the U.S. Constitution, under “Due Process of Law,” the very end of section one states “nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” This means that everyone within the borders of the United States must be granted clear reasoning in advance if the government intends to take action to deprive someone of their life, liberty or property.
