The Warrior Weekly

The Warrior Weekly is McHenry High School’s student broadcast class. All content, editing, production, and broadcasts are created by students of MCHS in Room 287 of Upper Campus.

Each week, students produce a ten-to-fifteen minute broadcast of events, experiences, or stories that have occurred over the past week. These stories are chosen by the Broadcast Journalism Leadership Team, comprised of the following:

Lead Producers – Grace Mueller and Madisyn Spencer

Lead Anchors – Emberlin Carlson and Leylah Moreno

Social Media Coordinators – Reilly Byron and Madison Harvey

Lead Content Creator – TJ Haws

The Warrior Weekly has been featured on FOX 32 Chicago in February of 2022.
