Six Flags Great America recently added a new roller coaster to their park called “Wrath of Rakshasa,” and people will be able to ride it in early summer.
This new roller coaster is very exciting, it is record breaking for the big drop that it has in the beginning of the ride.
The new ride “Wrath of Rakshasa” has a record breaking drop at 171 feet, but the part that makes it record breaking is the vertical it has when it goes down. The vertical of the drop is 96 degrees. This makes the ride the most inverted dive coaster at the park.
When it’s about to go down the record breaking drop, the ride stops at the top of the cliff and hangs over the edge of the great decline.
The ride reaches up to 67 miles per hour, and the length of this track is 3239 feet which means the ride goes on for a longer time than most of the other coasters.
Another thing that is different about this roller coaster compared to the other rides Six Flags has at the park, is that the cart that goes on the track is only three rows and has seven people sitting in each row.
This makes it easier for bigger groups of people to all ride together, but also makes it harder to fit more people onto the ride.
The ride is only able to fit 21 people on at a time when a typical roller coaster train fits between 24-36 riders at a time.
This is going to make the lines take a lot longer than they are already going to be since it’s a new ride.
