Drama club students bring down the house during the spring musical’s opening weekend

MCHS Drama Club presents “Chicago: The Musical” in West Campus’s Auditorium. Members of the cast all group together at the end of “Razzle Dazzle” sung by senior Jonny Krug who played Billy Flynn.

McHenry High School students in drama club premiered the spring musical “Chicago” on February 28 in the West Auditorium. Students began rehearsals right after winter break and worked almost every day after school to put together the end result. The story follows Roxie Hart (Ava Snider) and her rocky journey to fame.

Last showtimes are March 6-7 at 7 p.m.
