MCHS welcomed back students on the first day of school August 14. Both students and staff showed up in good spirits and ready to start a new school year.

“My first day at Upper Campus was really good,” sophomore Mischelle Gebauer says. “I like seeing all the new faces, especially coming from Freshman Campus to here.”

The transition to the Upper Campus was difficult for some sophomores, who had to navigate a new building after getting used to the Freshman Campus.

“The only hard part of my day was finding classrooms and figuring out my new route,” sophomore Madison Rupert says. “Eventually you get the hang of it.”
