Here’s MCHS’s athletics update for last week:

The varsity baseball won their doubleheader on April 13 against Marian Central. In the first game, the Warriors went 6-0 and, in the second, they scored 16-1. Then on April 15, MCHS played Dundee-Crown. Then we have a game today against Crystal Lake Central and, this weekend, will be facing Grant.

JV baseball had a game against Dundee-Crown on Monday and won 13-3. They played Dundee-Crown again on Thursday. This weekend, they have a game against Grant.

Varsity softball played Crystal Lake South and won 13-0. On Wednesday they played Jacobs and won 11-0. On Thursday, the team played Prairie Ridge and, today, play Huntley. Tomorrow, the team plays Sycamore in a doubleheader.

JV softball played Palatine on Monday and won 15-0. The team also played Saint Viator on Thursday and we will play a doubleheader against Sycamore as well on Saturday.

Varsity boys tennis had their first match against Huntley on Tuesday, April 9 and lost 6-1. They also had a game against Cary-Grove on Thursday, April 11.

The JV boys tennis team also had their first match on Tuesday against Huntley but lost 4-3. JV also competed against Cary-Grove on Thursday.

Varsity girls soccer competed against Cary-Grove and lost 2-1 on Tuesday. They played Dundee-Crown on Thursday. Their next game will be next Tuesday against Crystal Lake Central.

JV girls soccer lost 6-0 against Cary-Grove on Tuesday. On Thursday, they played against Dundee-Crown. Our next game is on Tuesday against Crystal Lake Central. 

On Monday, girls lacrosse played Highland Park and lost 7-3. Then on wednesday, the Warriors lost to 7-1 against Hoffman Estates. The team has a game today against Hampshire and plays again next Monday.

Boys lacrosse had a game on Thursday against Cary-Grove and will have another game against Mundelein today.
