MCHS’s Class of 2024 went to their elementary schools on May 10 during third period and AIM to walk through their old schools on their last day of high school.
Seniors were able to walk the halls of their old elementary school before entering adulthood.

On May 10, MCHS Students marched through Hilltop, Duker, Valley View, Landmark, Harrison,Riverwood and Edgebrook Elementary School wearing their graduation regalia and were greeted by their former teachers.

“I was feeling mixed emotions,” said senior Kayla Gaddini. “I was happy and sad.”

The walks through their elementary school hallways were bittersweet, and many of the seniors cried thinking back how far they’ve come since grade school. But these kids that used to be seven years old are now ready to take their next step in life.
