Claire Guzman is a senior at McHenry High School's Upper Campus. She enjoys staying indoors and doing artsy stuff. Balancing art club and working at Kohl's, she enjoys eating fast food and playing video games. This is Claire's first year on the Messenger's staff.

At the beginning of the school year, MCHS introduced digital IDs and hall passes in an effort to curb bad behavior. At the end of the school year, data suggests that the new systems are helping students make better decisions.
